We process commission payments within 10 working days upon receiving the invoice from our partners. However, the average turnaround time (TAT) may vary depending on when the university releases funds to us. Yes, we offer commissions in international currencies as well.
The onboarding process typically takes 24-48 hours. Once approved, portal creation is instant, and training sessions can be scheduled at your convenience via our calendar link.
Upon approval, you will receive a secure Welcome Email containing your username, temporary password, and a direct link to the partner portal dashboard.
No. Becoming an iApply partner is completely free. We believe in mutual growth and do not charge any onboarding or subscription fees.
We offer comprehensive training modules including:
- Destination Training (Country specific rules)
- Portal Training (How to submit applications)
- Product Training (Specific University USP sessions)
Accounts may be deactivated if:
- Fraudulent/fake documents are submitted.
- There is zero activity (applications/tuition) for a significant period.
- Non-compliance with the signed MOU terms.
Yes, inactive accounts can be reactivated if the partner agrees to the current terms and conditions and completes a re-verification process.
Yes. If we receive the commission from the respective institution for a previously enrolled student, we will release the commission to the agent, even if their account is currently inactive. Our finance team assists in all such cases.
